Currently one of the most popular methods of transporting products is by putting them on pallets and then applying plastic stretch wrap to the load to reduce shifting or toppling. This is a low cost way of shipping products, however the low costs add up over the years as this plastic can only be used once and must be repurchased on an ongoing basis.
